These micro miniature crazy quilts are just 3cm (1¼in) wide x 4cm (1½in) High.
I have done magnifications of them so that you can see the detail. The piecing is done the same as full size crazy, start with a tiny piece and use 3mm (1/8in) seams. The seams are decorated with a combination of real embroidery and stitches drawn with permanant ink pens. The embellishments are tiny beads, tiny embroideries and silk ribbon colonial knots that look like flowers.
