Butterflies 105cm x140cm (42in x 54in) - finished June 1992
This is my second crazy quilt, it was 4 years in the making. With my son in mind to inherit it one day I used a lot more blue and got a lot more contrast. Also with him in mind I made it a kinda 'I Spy' quilt, I had a whole list of things that I put onto every block including birds, animals and a means of transport (the space shuttle is one of his micro machine toys).
